Sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que mido 1m92 para 92kg. El otro, es trabajar las series/cambios de ritmo para ganar velocidad. El fondo va bien, La Marxassa y sus 63km / 3000m de desnivel en 10horas lo demuestran, la velocidad no.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ayer hice la primera tirada larga de la temporada. 2h45 por la “ruta del Cabe”. Las sensaciones fueron muy buenas, pero lo mejor es de volver a lo que más gusta: ajustar la mochila y….kilómetros por delante. La campanya inclou un test de pisada i unes sabates ( les Kayano o les Nimbus) en funció del resultat del test. &lt;br /&gt;Es una experiència fantàstica, trobar-se als locals d’Asics Barcelona, visitar el “Show room”  i contemplar les novetats 2010 – 2011 (les properes Trabucco – ...) . &lt;br /&gt;La proba ens dona un volum de dades impressionant i explicats de manera molt professional (però també molt practica, per exemple tinc  el pont molt alt dons: com lligar les sabates i aquesta manera no l’havia vist mai). Soc pronador (4º a la dreta, 4.5ª a la esquerra) I un peu més gran que l’altre (de 8mm), això implica a l’hora de provar sabates: sempre el peu esquerra.&lt;br /&gt;Per provar les noves sabates he fet  ahir un rodatge de 12 Km. La primera sensació en la primera part del rodatge (pujada i ritme suau 6’), una estabilitat perfecta sense per això treure confort ni aportar cap molèstia als peus (cosa que hem preocupava una mica). La segona part, evidentment baixada i ritmes més ràpids (5.30’ a 4.20’), ressalten la segona qualitat de les Kayano: l’amortiguació. Cal dir que peso 90kg per 1m90. No havia fet mai una tirada tan llarga. El tema del material i de l’alimentació - hidratació durant la cursa l’havia experimentat en la ultima tirada llarga (35 km per els voltants de Planoles); cal&amp;nbsp; ser molt estricte amb aquestes pautes. Avui es la “proba de foc”. Tenia memoritzat tot el recorregut, calculats els temps de pas per cada control i... tot a sortit perfecte. Primer control&amp;nbsp; a Fontmartina a les 9h00, Sant Celoni&amp;nbsp; a les 11h, Vallgorguina&amp;nbsp; a les 13h50 (deu minuts de pausa per la botifarra i seguim), Santuari del corredor a les 15h10 i Mataró&amp;nbsp; a les 17h42. Encara estic sorprès de veure’m arribar a Mataró, corrent, amb un molt bon temps (&lt;b style="color: orange;"&gt;10h42 per 63,3 km)&lt;/b&gt; i amb les cames (i el cap) que segueixen responent molt bé. Una gran satisfacció. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;Però, per sobre d’aquestes dades tan numèriques i tan fredes, estan les sensacions; tantes i tan diferents. Des dels perfums de menta pujant a Font Martina, la sortida del sol i la visió extensa&amp;nbsp; del recorregut per fer, fins&amp;nbsp; la solitud, per vegades eufòrica, de les pistes forestals interminables. Des dels moments forts on et sembla que el controles tot, fins els moments més complicats&amp;nbsp; on cal buscar les forces, ja no en les cames, sinó en el cap. Érem 502, realment jo només he vist a 15 o 20 participants, ens hem anat creuant a un o a un altre control, hem compartit moments mes o menys llargs, menys o mes durs. Vull saludar al noi de Mataró amb la samarreta blanca, al noi de la motxilla Raidlight a la sortida de Vallgorguina , a la colla de la samarreta vermella&amp;nbsp; Mizuno a la pujada al Corredor, el jove que m’ha acompanyat fins a l’arribada, i uns quants més, anònims, com jo,&amp;nbsp; però molt presents. Encara fa fresc&amp;nbsp; i, pujant a un ritme tranquil, arribo a la cruïlla de Vilamanya (Km 6) en 50 minuts.&amp;nbsp; Desprès de 5Km de lleugera baixada per una pista forestal, arribo de la cruïlla “Vilamanya – Font de l’home&amp;nbsp; mort” on agafo a la dreta direcció Vilamanya i mes avall la carretera “Queralbs –Ribes”. Arribo a Ribes, Km&amp;nbsp; 19, amb un temps total de&amp;nbsp; 2h15 minuts, avituallament a la font i seguim... Pujada a Campelles, 7km i 400m de desnivell. Es fa una mica llarga per la calor i sempre al sol. Arribo a Campelles una hora desprès.&lt;br /&gt;Aprofito la “Font Freda” de Campelles per l’avituallament , refrescar-me una mica i canviar de samarreta. Porto casi 3h30 per el 26Km recorreguts. Ara només hem queden 5Km de&amp;nbsp; baixada fins al Rigat per una pista sempre a l’ombra, molt agraït, i desprès 2Km de pujada per arribar a casa. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="color: orange;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Resultat: 34Km, 1100m de desnivell positiu en 4h27minuts&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;Resum: &lt;br /&gt;Alimentació: Gel resistencia Aptonia (2) -&amp;nbsp; bocatas de pan Bimbo con pavo (2). Avui toca “forçar una mica” per comprovar si les ultimes setmanes d’entrenament han portat el seu fruit. Molts participants i també molts caminaires (es feia una combinada a peu per els excursionistes) que , sigui dit, no han parat d’animar-nos durant tot el recorreguts: ells començaven a sortir a partir de les 8 del matí).&lt;br /&gt;Sortim del poble direcció a la Font Vella on agafem un caminet fins a la font del Gurb (Km 4) en pujada constant. El Rellotge hem marca 22’ per els 4Km de Pujada: Bé!!! El més dur està fet. Desprès de 3 Km de “puja i baixa” que semblaven un circuit de “fartlek”, agafem el ràpid descens per les típiques pistes de sorra de la regió fins a la arribada al poliesportiu. En MAYUSCULES per el respecte que inspirent), segueixo treballant, la forma millora, els kilòmetres per setmana augmenten. Aquesta ultima setmana, un record per mi: 73Km però,  per  sobre de tot, el físic aguanta. Desprès de 4 mesos  seriosos d’entrenament ,porto  600Km i 13000m de desnivell positiu i cap lesió (només unes molèsties a la cintilla fa uns mesos) . &lt;br /&gt;El recorregut  d’avui l’havia fet ja al mes de Febrer . Ahir els 23Km i 650m+ de Sant Hilari al cim de Sant Miquel de les Formigues i tornar: 2h25m. Al Collet de les barraques (a 1 km de la sortida) s'inicia la pujada cap al pas dels Lladres (2531m) per la serra de la Vaquerissa. Un recorregut mes planer ens porta al peu de la tartera(2638m) i al Puigmal (2911m). Del cim baixem cap a Fontalba (2074m), després entrarem en la vall d'Estremera  pel collet d'Estrebiu(1939m) fins a la Font de l'home mort(1830m). Pistes forestals, corriols, rierols...un entorn per gaudir un matí de muntanya mitjana. Temps cobert, però que  s’aprecia vist l’esforç que ens espera per el 21Km i 1300m de desnivell acumulat. Tot el recorregut es un continuo “pujar- baixar”  molt trencador en un habitat protegit. Una pena no arribar a la creu de Sant Miquel amb les vistes impressionant qu’ofereix de totes les Guilleries (des les agudes del Montseny d’un costat  fins a Collsacabra de l’altre). Sotabosc- pistes de esqui – corriols...per llocs més de 50cm de neu i unes vistes de la Cerdanya – Puigmal - Carlit...impressionants. Es pot dir que la pujada (mig recorregut) es fa en “fila india”. Vist la quantitat de neu, era molt difícil d’avançar un participant  “o  de ser avançat”. En canvi, arribats a la “alti-plana”, corre sobre les pistes de esqui(tancades) dominant tot l’entorn, a segut  una sensació irrepetible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;La baixada: divertida, per moments anem “de cul”. Fins l’arribada a l’estadi del  “CAR de Font Romeu” 2h05' desprès.
